3D printing is a fascinating world full of parameters, adjustments, and tiny details 🛠️. Every piece we make is handmade, crafted with care and dedication. However, due to the nature of the technology, we can't always guarantee a 100% perfect finish 🚀. Here we explain the most common errors you might find in our pieces so you understand that we are always working to improve! 💪
🧐 Illegible Text
Very small text or ultra-fine details can't be printed correctly with filament. Even when using small nozzles, frequent color changes can cause clogs 🧵. So if you notice some blurry words or letters, don't worry! It's just part of the current limitations of this technology.
🎨 Missing Color
When painting the 3D model, we might occasionally make a mistake on a small color detail. This gets corrected in future batches, so if you spot a slight difference, rest assured — we're aware of it and already working on improvements! 🔧
🔥 Temperature Defect
Long prints can take days ⏳, and sometimes hours pass between layers, making the previous ones too cold and causing small bumps. While we do our best to minimize this, it’s something we can’t always avoid — but don’t worry, it doesn’t affect the overall functionality or look 💥.
🌈 Color Fusion
In areas where colors mix with very thin layers, they can blend together. This is a natural effect of multicolor printing 🎭 and gives each piece a unique touch, even if it's not exactly like the original design.
✂️ Layer Shifts
Small layer shifts are acceptable and don’t affect the overall quality of the piece 🆗. If we detect major or severe shifts (like in the next photo), we discard the piece entirely to maintain our quality standards.
🛡️ Compromised Supports
Some parts require supports that are difficult to remove without breaking the figure 😬. That’s why we only remove the ones that are not visible when displaying the piece. If you see one hidden, it’s there to protect the model’s integrity! 🏗️
